Was Russian President Putin's War Declaration Pre-Taped?

Insider: Putin announced attacks against Ukraine on Thursday in the same suit as his Monday speech, prompting speculation his war declaration was pre-taped

* Putin's attire during his war declaration suggests his speech may have been pre-taped.

* Both a Monday and a Thursday video show the Russian president wearing the same attire.

* The videos show Putin seemingly wearing a black blazer with a white dress shirt and a maroon tie.

Russian President Vladimir Putin's attire during his Thursday war declaration suggests his speech may have been pre-taped.

Putin on Thursday said he decided to launch a "special military action" against Ukraine, in a video that aired early Thursday morning in Russia.

But during a televised address on Monday, Putin appeared to wear the same outfit as he denounced Ukraine's sovereignty, argued that Ukraine was a creation of the Soviet Union, and announced military intervention in eastern Ukraine.

WNU Editor: It was definitely pre-taped. The question(s) that remains unanswered is when was it done, and how many different versions were made.

  3. The explanation about Biden is such tripe from the right wing morons that I do not bother to deal with it. Suffice it to say: Putin got from Trump what he wanted, ie weakened NATO and an attempt to withhold military aid to Ukraine unless their leader got something on Biden.

And what is Trump saying now? Putin is good, strong etc. In other words defending the invasion of Ukraine. and his fellow Russian pal, Tucker:

Tucker Carlson, downplaying Russia-Ukraine conflict, urges Americans to ask, ‘Why do I hate Putin?’

Carlson’s pro-Putin act is so helpful that Russian state television has been rebroadcasting it with Russian subtitles. Carlson “urged Americans to turn against their government on the grounds that higher costs for them, in exchange for a pointless stand against Putin, is a ‘terrible deal for you,’” as Will Saletan summed it up in a Bulwark story comparing him to Charles Coughlin, the WWII-era radio host who defended the Nazis and painted Jews as a conniving force pushing the United States into the European conflict.

Biden has been presented with options for massive cyberattacks against Russia
The options presented include disrupting the internet across Russia, shutting off power and stopping trains in their tracks.

  10. People called Hitler an evil genius for decades. You can call some one a genius and still fight him. It behooves people to correctly assess an opponents intelligence. If they are average note it. If they are genius, not it.

    1:50 / 1:53 / 1:55 is all the same person.

1:53 used the word goy. Freudian slip on his part?

  11. called typing error moron
in passing, how is your slip? pink?
Trump has always adored Putin. Name one instance when he ever said a bad word about him or Russia!!

"Vladimir Putin’s invasion of Ukraine is reckless and evil. The United States stands with the people of Ukraine and prays for their safety and resolve," McCarthy, R-Calif., said. "Putin’s actions must be met with serious consequence. This act of war is intended to rewrite history and more concerning, upend the balance of power in Europe. Putin must be held accountable for his actions."

"What we have in Europe now is the first shooting war since World War II. This is a serious serious incident," Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., added. He levied criticism against President Biden's strategy so far on Russia before arguing that the U.S. and the West should deploy every available sanction against Russia immediately.

"We're all together at this point and we need to be together about what should be done. But I have some advice. Ratchet the sanctions all the way up. Don't hold any back. Every single available tough sanction should be employed and should be employed now," McConnell said. "There's no such thing as a little invasion."

  13. who called Hitler a genius?
fights two-front war and loses the war
He was evil. yes. no sign that I know of that he was a genius? A genius does not send trains etc to extermination camps when war going against him and he needs all the resources available but does not use them because so caught up with exterminating Jews, gypsies, Poles
Trump called him a genius. I imagine you think Trump a genius too

  14. "who called Hitler a genius?"

Lots of people and usually they use the modifier evil before it.

    Here is a a sample.

Adolf Hitler: Perverse Political Genius - rjgeib

How Hitler acquired his disastrous genius - Catholic Herald

During the 60s, 70s and 80-s it was de rigueur to call Hitler an evil genius. My belief is that calling Hitler a genius is a cop out.

It is an excuse made up by politicians historians others for why Hitler was allowed to wreck havoc.

Putin will be called an evil genius too. As way to exculpate the the Washington DC establishment among others.
