ReplyDeleteOptics don't really matter when you refuse to talk to the other side regardless. The only hearts & minds the Kremlin is concerned with are those in the developing world, the west is lost.
ReplyDeleteBut it does… it shows Russia can’t compete on the battlefield so instead they kill women and children behind the battlefield front lines…the west sees this and it encourages more support for Ukraine… it is only going to backfire against Russia..
