ReplyDeleteThat they are resorting to nuclear moves in a foreign country doesn't say much for the Russian military. They are not the crowd that fought the Nazi invasion way back when. The wrapping paper has been torn off and the present exposed.
What a mess.
Roger, no country's army is like during WW2, including the US's and certainly Germany's army. Russia could steam role Germany (they wouldn't get to the border due to nuke treaties and such plans, BUT in a conventional war, they would fck up Germany because Germany has almost completely disarmed since WW2)
ReplyDeleteTact nukes in Belarus? What could possibly go wrong?
ReplyDeleteRussians are solidifying thier position concerning Belarus. Like US having nukes in Turkey and Germany. It makes those countries a matter of National security interest and sends a clear message.
ReplyDeleteThis is our sphere of interest. Do not mess around here or we will respond.
But I will give you this. the US is losing the political battle in Turkey and how long we will be there in the future is anyones guess.
The problem for the US is that they cannot just blow the turks off. Why? NATO. Turkey has the 2nd largest Armed forces in nato and probably the best maintained. Get rid of the Turks and Nato truly is a paper tiger (except for Brit and French nukes)
yep.
