I would like to see Major Rachel Jones' officer evaluation reports and compare those to his peers.
My guess is that he is gaming the system, much as male athlete hate coming in 10th place and so switch to the female competitive races. There they can win. You know it is about winning and accolades, when you suggest a separate or third trans division. Throw 10 transsexuals into a trans division and instead of 10 men winning medals in the women's division, you have 1 transsexual winning and 9 losing. they absolutely hate the idea.
They can compete in the transsexual division and transition according to their dysphoria, so what is not to like? they get to be themselves (i.e. transgendered). But they are against it.

No, it is not. This fool and his enablers is putting us all at risk.
Mr. Rachel Jones may have more than one reason to transition. He may have had BMI issues that threaten to terminate his career and so that was one of the reasons he transitioned.
From the looks of it he still has BMI issue as measure by the female height and weight chart, but it won't be an issue for him, because he is trans and they won't touch him.
Obesity increases you cancer risk and Mr. Jones is an obese motherfucker. So it will cost the American taxpayer due to cancer treatment or other pathology resulting from obesity.
I have it on good authority that 9:51 AM has a pinup of Mr. Jones.
