NL Times: Dutch Army commander warns of potential war with Russia
Both the Dutch military and society as a whole need to brace themselves for the possibility of a war with Russia, said Lieutenant-General Martin Wijnen, the departing Commander of the Royal Netherlands Army.
"Our society should be preparing themselves for this," he told the Telegraaf in an interview published on Thursday.
Wijnen said that the Netherlands should follow the examples set by countries like Sweden, Finland, the Baltic nations. Those countries which border Russia, or are close to it, are better prepared for the outbreak of war.

Most of these guys will get nice MIC or neoconservative think tank jobs after they get out.
So who is paying them to say these things?.
But more and more of the world wide Tptb are saying war with Russia.
The Russians show no sign of that. They know they will have their hands full re-building the Ukraine. Think east and west Germany unification but a lot more intense and costly.
Russians will need a marshall type plan to fix that mess.
But maybe the blob wants a war.
We will see.
Russia knows what Ukraine has learned. without air superiority, You aren't rolling your tanks anywhere. Russia will not command the sky with nato. They will have their hands full keeping what they stole.
Dutch command has over 1500 different plans for surrendering to any and all foes.
