More leaders are pursuing their ends militarily. More believe they can get away with it.
Can we stop things falling apart?
2024 begins with wars burning in Gaza, Sudan, and Ukraine and peacemaking in crisis. Worldwide, diplomatic efforts to end fighting are failing. More leaders are pursuing their ends militarily. More believe they can get away with it. War has been on the rise since about 2012, after a decline in the 1990s and early 2000s. First came conflicts in Libya, Syria, and Yemen, triggered by the 2011 Arab uprisings. Libya’s instability spilled south, helping set off a protracted crisis in the Sahel region. Talking about Russian Ho's
No, he is speaking of his own troops and he is possibly right.
The ukies threw a NATO like force of nine fully NATO equipped and NATO trained combat brigades at the Russians.
That force is bigger than most NATO armies. And it got it's ass kicked by the Russians.
And the Russia force gets more trained men and more new first line equipment every day.
So it is getting more experience and stronger everyday.
To say this war was a mistake for the west is an understatement.
Would have had the DR Congo war in the top 10 and maybe also Pakistan with their election coming up.
