US Enlists Britain's Help To Stop Ship 'Carrying Russian Attack Helicopters' To Syria -- The Telegraph

My Comment: I suspect that these cases are just the tip of the iceberg, which it is why these type of sanctions should be pushed.

This move was met with rebuke from China, Russia and the African Union, all expressing concern that such actions could further destabilize Libya and could lead to an escalation of violence.

My Comment: Bottom line .... when a major country like France wants to break an arms embargo, and the country that is receiving the arms is only a short distance away .... it is the easiest thing to do in the world.
