BEIRUT, Lebanon: The leader of Lebanon's militant Hezbollah group has criticized Arab leaders for failing to act quickly to stop the Israeli offensive against the Hamas-controlled Gaza Strip.
Sheik Hassan Nasrallah says a decision by Arab foreign ministers this week to take the Gaza issue to the U.N. Security Council next Monday is meant to give Israel more time to smash Hamas.
Nasrallah was speaking from a secret location to a rally south of Beirut Friday night. His comments were also televised.
