Reuters: Even one American in Iraq is too many, Iran leader tells Iraqi president
DUBAI (Reuters) - The United States is an unreliable friend, and Iraq should not allow any U.S. troops on its territory, Iran's Supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei told visiting Iraqi President Abdul Latif Rashid on Saturday.
Iran, which has strong ties with Iraq, opposes the U.S. military presence on its borders in Iraq and the Gulf, saying Western military intervention is the root of insecurity in the region. "Americans are not friends of Iraq. Americans are not friends with anyone and are not even loyal to their European friends," state media quoted Khamenei as saying.

I remember reading horrific stories coming out of the 80" when Iraq and Iran were bitter enemies. They were killing one another at an astounding rate. One story I read was about a swamp land between the two countries. Iran electrified the swamp and when the Iraqis came a sneaking at night they would get lit up. The Iranians built land bridges through the swamps with the Iraqi dead. That evil slug Sadaam, who we captured and hung did, not get along with the Iranians at all. But yay. along came our American "experts". Now they are friends unifying against us. Yay U.S. college educated leaders. Now if they could only get two natural enemies, lets say Russia and China, to work together against us, well then, we would be the best. hail to the experts.
There is a huge "FREE SPEECH" against America since Dementia Biden is in office. Iran is not, by far, the only one. The opportunity for making irreversible "fait accomplish" are taken under Biden, and we shall have to do with these catastrophes.

The American public not just the Dems put Biden in office and decided that Trump[ was not the right person for the job. Trump lost the election! why?
What a brainwashed fool that turns the discussion away from Biden and towards electoral defeat in 2020. trump lost only because of Covid 19. And while we are discussing it, Trumps foreign policy was by far superior to Dementia Joe and his Democrat/Criminal allies. There were zero new wars under trump, Dementia Joe is walking us towards a huge WW3.
stop the nonsense. Trump was soundly defeated. Your covid bs is hardly the explanation though of course he simply messed up the response to the virus and that in and of itself was and should be enough to show how he was not up to the task of governing. Now you might not like the result of the election but Trump's defeat was a big one. And the American people had spoken.
The Middle East has found the US is too much trouble. If Iran and its competitors out there can find tolerable relations brokered by Russia or China who needs the USA? So I expect over the next few years a rapid withdrawal of US forces will occur. What a gargantuan waste of America treasure and lives all because Democrats refused to fund American energy independence and the Bush wing of the GOP was infatuated with overthrowing the guy who tried to kill daddy. Despicable by 10's of thousands in the US government over that time.
