Declassified 1983 CIA Report Outlines Hot To Escape The Confines Of Time And Space

The report presents an abstract explanation of how consciousness is created through the brain's processing of energy in the physical world and transforming it into what McDonnell compares to a hologram, as seen in the graphic above

Daily Mail: TikTok goes wild over declassified 1983 CIA report claiming people could travel through time using technique dubbed the 'Gateway Experience'

 * The CIA commissioned an Army study of the Gateway Experience in 1983

 * The technique uses sounds tapes to manipulate brainwaves with a goal of creating an altered state of consciousness

 * Practical uses of the technique include manifesting goals, converting energy to heal one's body, and even traveling across space and time, per the report

 * The report was declassified by the CIA in 2003 and largely went unnoticed

 * Nearly two decades later, the Gateway Experience is now receiving renewed attention after piquing the interest of TikTok users

 * Over the past month dozens of users have recorded videos explaining the Gateway phenomenon and sharing their attempts to access it

TikTok users have uncovered a bewildering CIA report from nearly four decades ago which describes the agency's belief that humans can transcend space and time using a technique called the Gateway Experience.

The report entitled Analysis and Assessment of The Gateway Process was penned in 1983 by US Army Lieutenant Colonel Wayne M McDonnell.

Is The U.S. Navy Building UFOs?

The shape of this plane is one that resembles a flying triangle.

Zero Hedge: US Navy Patent Describes EM Drive For "Flying Triangle" Craft

There is potential for conspiracy gold in a 2018 patent filed by aerospace engineer Dr. Salvatore Cezar Pais, who works for the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, a research organization within the Navy that specializes in electromagnetic drives and superconductors.

The patent (US10144532B2) describes "a craft using an inertial mass reduction device comprises of an inner resonant cavity wall, an outer resonant cavity, and microwave emitters. The electrically charged outer resonant cavity wall and the electrically insulated inner resonant cavity wall form a resonant cavity. The microwave emitters create high-frequency electromagnetic waves throughout the resonant cavity causing the resonant cavity to vibrate in an accelerated mode and create a local polarized vacuum outside the outer resonant cavity wall."

The U.S. Army Wants ‘Telepathic’ Soldiers

New York Post/The SUN: Army-funded study developing tech that could allow ‘telepathic’ soldiers

The Army is said to be spending millions on neuroscience that could lead to ‘telepathic’ soldiers.

The goal is to build a system that would allow soldiers to communicate via their brain signals.

So far, ARO neuroscientists have reportedly been able to decode and put back together behavioral signals from the brain.

They focused on monkeys for their recent research. ARO program manager Hamid Krim told C4ISRNET: “Here we’re not only measuring signals, but we’re interpreting them.”

The next stage is to try and decode other types of brain signals.

The CIA And Psychic Uri Geller

Daily Mail: The real-life X-Files: How CIA recruited Uri Geller to test his psychic abilities and were STUNNED when he was able to match random drawings by an agent sealed in another room

* The CIA released about 13million declassified documents online yesterday and among them it was revealed that Uri Geller went to Stanford for tests in 1973
* Scientists took random words out of a dictionary and drew a related sketch - Geller was in a sealed room and tasked with trying to describe the drawing by the CIA on the other side of a wall
* CIA experts said Geller had convincingly demonstrated his paranormal ability
* His most successful deduction was when the CIA drew a bunch of 24 grapes - Geller drew the exact same number of grapes

Spoon bender Uri Geller was tested by the CIA to assess his psychic abilities in a week-long experiment, newly published documents have revealed.

Geller was brought to Stanford Research Institute in August 1973 where experts tried to judge whether he had paranormal abilities over a period of eight days.

The experiments were part of the controversial Stargate programme.

Why Does The CIA Keep A Team Of Clairvoyants

Cameron Evers, The Week/War Is Boring: The CIA has a team of clairvoyants

If the CIA had a crystal ball, then they would probably not be routinely blindsided by world events. Lacking such a device, the agency has endured notable analytical failures. During the early 1990s, sudden collapses of Somalia, Zaire, Rwanda, and the Soviet Union seemingly appeared without warning.

Strategic surprises have always been a problem for intelligence agencies. The material impossibility of having eyes everywhere requires making judgments without seeing a complete picture, let alone the future. Assessing the likeliness of future rare political events has had dubious reliability.

Thus, in 1994, the CIA's Directorate of Intelligence commissioned the Political Instability Task Force (PITF), formerly known as the State Failure Task Force, a clairvoyant-esque squad of social-scientist brainiacs charged with churning global political data into global instability forecasts.
