My Comment:
This is a significant commitment to increase U.S. military operations throughout the Middle Eastern region, and signifies a clear change in President Obama's approach towards the region.

This document (written by General Petraeus) was not suppose to see the light of day, but someone has leaked it to the New York Times .... someone who is clearly not happy with this change in policy.

I expect more news and analysis on this explosive document from General Petraeus in the next day or two.
