Was The Intelligence Community Aware Of A Possible Arab Revolution?
The ghost of the 1979 Iranian revolution is very much on the minds of veteran intelligence officials as Egypt explodes in street protests.

My Comment: There is very little (if any) news about the CIA and America's multi-billion dollar intelligence community .... and did they see this Arab revolution coming.
My gut tells me that this has surprised them .... and like the fall of the Berlin Wall and eventually Communism 21 years ago .... they are just confused and bewildered by the events that are unfolding in front of eyes right now.
Sighhhh .... makes you wonder if the tens of billions that the intelligence community costs the U.S. taxpayer each year is worth it.
