Obama To Sudan And S.Sudan: War Is Not Inevitable -- FOX News/AP

NAIROBI, Kenya – U.S. President Barack Obama has told South Sudan and Sudan to stop all millitary actions against each other and resolve their disputes through negotiations to avoid going back to war.

Obama said in a videotaped message released Friday that the heated rhetoric from the two countries has raised the risk of war but conflict is not inevitable.
