My Comment: The last sentence in this report is what caught my eye ....
.... Now, he adds, the challenge will be finding the money, in the midst of robust calls for cuts in defense spending, to mass-produce them.
There are women politicians on the military appropriations committees .... I am confident that they are going to make sure that the funds are allocated.
