FBI Director Comey To Testify To Congress On The Clinton Server Report

FOX News: FBI director to appear Thursday before lawmakers to explain Clinton decision

FBI Director James Comey will explain Thursday to House lawmakers his bombshell decision not to recommend criminal charges against Hillary Clinton over her handling of sensitive emails.

Comey, who took no questions after announcing his decision Tuesday, agreed to go before the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee after several lawmakers sought an explanation. In saying he would not press the Justice Department to pursue an indictment against the likely Democrat nominee for president, Comey nonetheless laid out a strong case that she had violated laws regulating government employees' safeguarding of sensitive emails.

What would you ask the FBI director if you had the chance to ask 5 questions.... that's the key element on this hearings .

The key question (to me) is ... why has the FBI prosecuted others for doing less .... in short ... why was Hillary Clinton treated differently.

Chaffetez leaked classified info as Chair of the Transportation Commitee, then on the Bengazhi Commitee pointed out on a satellite map the location of the CIA headquarters,

"“I do think that in all of government, he is a man of integrity and honesty,” he said of Comey during a June 6 appearance on Fox News’ “Outnumbered.”
“His finger is on the pulse of this,” Chaffetz continued. “Nothing happens without him, and I think he is going to be the definitive person to make a determination or a recommendation.”
Asked if he thought Republicans would accept an FBI recommendation not to indict Clinton, he replied, “Oh, probably. Because we do believe in James Comey.”

Issa leaked Classified State Department documents that identified Lybian's working for State and the CIA.

Then, a couple months later, he leaked a sealed FBI wiretap application, that endangered not only the Investigation, but the lives of undercover FBI Agents and UC's.

If the FBI and Justice arrested and prosecuted everyone in Washington who leaked sensitive and classified information, the town would be empty.

Jay: and that could be a great thing.the Obama administration have an outstanding corruption record.

Issa's a Republican, so's Chaffatez, ( he want's to be the next Speaker).

Leaking secrets in Washington for political gain, is a bipartisan affair,

And while the Obama Administration has prosecuted more "leaker's" than any other Administration, most of those they have gone after, have been "whistleblowers".

ANYONE who leaks classified information or carelessly handles it and such things can be proven should be prosecutex to the full extent of the law with appropuate punishment meted out. The fact that others do it is no excuse.

While the Clintons have avoided prosecution now, the American people are now on notice and the next time they are any of the elites act in this manner in the future they will be politically destroyed and likely face jail time. This may have politically destroyed Mrs. Clinton even though she has avoided prosecution at this time.

Under President Trump things will change. Will they change for the better? Hopefully so. Time will tell.
