Defense One: US Special Operators Accelerate Killings of ISIS Leaders

Defense Secretary Ash Carter says this will weaken Mosul’s defenders and stop attacks in the United States.

yeah ... he's right.. but also wrong.. by killing the leaders for 15 years now, it's getting quite clear that there's no caliphate happening for any crazies, that you can't bleed the US dry of their wealth at this rate, and that the oil war too is now being won by the US.. only poppies and carpets left, and they too will be replaced by shale poppies and shale carpets ;-) both sides adapt, you know? and we've got crazies on all sides
