Israel Confirms That It Has Carried Out More Than 200 Air-Strikes And 800 Missile And Mortar Shells Against Iranian Targets In Syria Over The Past 18 Months

Jerusalem Post: Israel struck over 200 Iranian targets in Syria over past year

The strikes were aimed at preventing Iranian entrenchment in Syria.

The Israeli army has carried out more than 200 air-strikes against Iranian targets in Syria and fired over 800 missiles and mortar shells over the past year and a half, the IDF has revealed.

The strikes were meant to prevent Iranian entrenchment in Syria, and led to the Islamic Republic evacuating several bases in Syria, according to the IDF. The campaign also interrupted Iran’s arms smuggling.

WNU Editor: This is jaw-dropping news. Israel has just confirmed that for the past 18 months they have been striking Iranian targets in Syria at a rate of three per day. In short .... in any other situation one would say that these parties are at war with each other.

Hezbollah begs to differ. They kicked Israel out of southern Lebanon in 2006.
