Did President Biden 'Used to Drive' An 18-Wheeler?

Daily Mail: I used to drive an 18-wheeler man! President Biden draws derision after claiming he used to drive a massive truck but only evidence is he once rode on one for a night in 1973

* The president was heard on a microphone he used to drive an 18-wheeler truck

* His claim was picked up during a visit to a Mack Truck facility in Pennsylvania

* But his claim appears to have been debunked on social media, with no evidence

* In 1973, it was reported that Biden rode in a large truck while he was a senator

* However, there is no evidence to suggest he drove similarly large trucks

* Biden's biographical details have again been called into question by the claim

President Joe Biden has been questioned over his claim that he used to drive an 18-wheeler truck, with evidence only suggesting he once rode in one for a night in 1973.

Biden was caught off-camera by a local news channel's microphone during a visit to a Mack Truck facility in Pennsylvania, making the claim that he had driven such trucks before.

'I used to drive an 18-wheeler, man,' Biden was heard saying on Wednesday in a video later posted to Twitter. 'I got to.'

Update: Biden raises eyebrows with claim he 'used to drive' 18-wheeler truck (FOX News)

WNU Editor: With the exception of FOX News and alternative media, the US and Canadian main stream media are ignoring President Biden's claims and remarks. But the international press are now reporting all of this, and you can take this to the bank, it is shaping international opinion on the US and its government.

But it does not stop there.

The leadership in places like Russia, China, Iran, and elsewhere are aware of the current state of politics in Washington and the state of mind for the current occupant of the White House, and they are plotting strategy to take advantage of this.

meantime, why not mention the infrastructure deal, a bi-partisan program that gives us the biggest infrastructure program in American history and will create thousands and thousands of jobs. Oh. right. Trump wanted this too but was unable to get it simply because he did not know how to be bi-partisan
Biden fake claim? any worse than Trump telling us Mexico would pay for the wall on our border?

What plotting are they doing in Russia, China, and Iran that had not been going on under Trump?
can you give us specifics of "the plotting"?

If all but Fox and Canadian mainstream media are so bad, why are CNN and Wash Post and WSJ and NY Times so often cited here for major stories?

I'm no fan of Biden, by any stretch of the imagination, but trying to make political gain from an old man's exaggerated boasts is a waste of time and effort. It does reveal a little of Biden's character--not at all adverse to lying in an attempt to impress others.

CAN ANY PRESIDENT TOP THIS?

When The Washington Post Fact Checker team first started cataloguing President Donald Trump’s false or misleading claims, we recorded 492 suspect claims in the first 100 days of his presidency. On Nov. 2 alone, the day before the 2020 vote, Trump made 503 false or misleading claims as he barnstormed across the country in a desperate effort to win reelection.

This astonishing jump in falsehoods is the story of Trump’s tumultuous reign. By the end of his term, Trump had accumulated 30,573 untruths during his presidency — averaging about 21 erroneous claims a day.

What is especially striking is how the tsunami of untruths kept rising the longer he served as president and became increasingly unmoored from the truth.

Trump averaged about six claims a day in his first year as president, 16 claims day in his second year, 22 claims day in this third year — and 39 claims a day in his final year. Put another way, it took him 27 months to reach 10,000 claims and an additional 14 months to reach 20,000. He then exceeded the 30,000 mark less than five months later.
