News recently broke about a U.S. Navy’s nuclear-powered submarine that struck an underwater mountain in the South China Sea in early October.
An undersea collision that injured 11 crew members of a U.S. nuclear-powered submarine last month was caused by an uncharted seamount (an underwater mountain), the U.S. Navy says.
The USS Connecticut, a Seawolf-class fast attack submarine, hit the then-unidentified object in international waters in the South China Sea on Oct. 2, resulting in moderate to minor injuries. At the time, the Navy did not specify how much damage the vessel suffered. The sub was able to power its way to a port in Guam by traveling on the ocean’s surface.

They want to run the economy based on climate simulations. Climate has more variables than the economy. Do they have good economic simulation, where they can tell you what the GDP, GDP per capita will bein 2100. If they can't predict the economy 80 years from now, what makes people think they can predict a larger more complicated system?
How often are economists wrong on the jobs report one month out?
How many people have taken courses in modeling and know what to look for in a good model?
How many good liberals have carbon footprints the size of 500 people , but what those people to cut back, while they jet to COP26?

Elements Woke culture was to be seen on college campuses in the 70s and 80s. So it was in the military at that time also. Talk about weak look at Russia during the 1st Russian-Chechnyan War.
