China has issued a chilling warning to Australians declaring a 'heavy attack' would quickly follow if our forces came to the defence of Taiwan.
In explosive comments published in Chinese tabloid The Global Times on Saturday, editor-in-chief Hu Xijin was blunt in his analysis of Australia's promise to come to Taiwan's aid should US allied forces get involved in the conflict.
'If Australian troops come to fight in the Taiwan Straits, it is unimaginable that China won't carry out a heavy attack on them and the Australian military facilities that support them,' Mr Xijin tweeted.

Everything is depending of who is attacking first. China cannot face NATO, Japan and Australia at the same time.

How many NATO members can project power halfway across the globe? Maybe Britain and France.
Jac were you not disappointed when NATO could no project power in a place so close as the Balkans in the 1990s. Part of it was by choice. They did not want to go it alone. They were timid as rabbits. So they invited the US in. We had to watch the 3rd Balkans war unfold before NATIO did crap.

Look at the US. Where are the excess deaths due to COVID. Looking at the graph at the link below, I do not see any. I see where there are increased deaths due to baby boomers dying.

Funny when the 'news' readers announced the daily deaths of 1 or 2 a day on the metropolitan statistical area, it was all mostly old folks in nursing homes. Listening to the news readers daily one came to know the names of the nursing homes real well, but school and large employers not at all.
