Dozens of elite police and counter-terrorism officers have been sent to an island nation, in an attempt to quell wild riots against Covid measures.

France has sent dozens of elite police and counter-terrorism officers to its Caribbean island of Guadeloupe this weekend, following looting and arson in defiance of an overnight curfew.

People are getting sick and tired of government's draconian measures to prevent Covid--measures that don't even work. The time is coming closer when the people will pull these idiot elected officials out from behind their desks to face justice for the harm they have caused.

Not a conspiracy fan at all, but it's starting to look like there's a method to the madness of the so-called Biden administration (aka the Obama administration) doubling down on mandatory nationwide vaccinations has less to do with Covid than with testing the legal waters on future such pronouncements. I.e., how far will the courts allow the executive branch to go in overstepping its constitutional authority on such matters. Considering how unpopular the effort is becoming, I can't think of another logical reason why the Dims would want to risk the mid-term elections in exchange for a draconian measure that has little political upside. Especially considering it's not yet known what Covid actually is or even where it came from.
