House Republican Leader Kevin McCarthy slammed Joe Biden's Justice Department for an 'egregious abuse of power' on Tuesday and demanded Attorney General Merrick Garland testify before Congress about the counterterrorism tactics the FBI is using to investigate parents.
'In an egregious abuse of power with the potential to unfairly track Americans' activities, President Biden's Department of Justice is using FBI criminal and counterterrorism resources to target parents,' McCarthy said in a statement.

Merrick Garland was not confirmed as a supreme court justice. People could mark it up to partisan politics. Many people have seen what a toady Merrick is and they feel differently. They believe we, the people of the US, dodged a bullet, when Merrick was not confirmed. IT is easily argued that Merrick has no morals other than improving his lot in life and in group/out group.
And not a thing will happen as a result for this. Of course they are tracking the political opposition. How else will they be able to maintain power? Two thirds of Americans are being played.
