Tokyo (Reuters)Japan plans to add $6.75 billion to its already record annual military spending in a rush to bolster air and maritime defenses as it becomes more concerned about threats posed by China and North Korea.

Japan needs to speed up the Soryu sub class construction, as in launch 2 new build per year for their own forces and add another ship yard to build 2/year for US forces.

Station those US destined subs in Guam.
Japan needs to field more mobile antimissile batteries like THAAD.
Japan needs to build a thicket of antiship mobile missile batteries all over the island.
Japan needs to field cruise missiles to hit deep in China.
So much more too.
