This should be the cause of deep embarrassment.” As many as 160,000 active-duty U.S. military members are having trouble feeding their families, according to Feeding America, which coordinates the work of more than 200 food banks around the country.

A career is an arc. If a family of 4 or 5 cannot be supported in E5 pay, then perhaps there is something wrong wit the government.

What is the break down by paygrade. Are they E3's? If you are an employer 3 people are leaving the service after 4 years and they are E3, E4 and E5, generally you pick the E5 or E4. The F5 will work well, but might find a better job rather soon. If you pick the E3, good luck with that.

How many of these 160,000 military members have had non-judicial punishment due indebtedness? What is nice is E3, who are married and shopping at Pier 1 Imports. The dog is a nice touch. A pet is a luxury.

The picture of the pet in the car is a nice touch. Having the pet right there makes the difference between making the budget for groceries or not.

I get it. If you come from a family that had pets, it is natural to go out and get a pet especially, when the military member is away for months at a time. But early on in the career it is breaking the bank.

Austrian Chancellor Alexander Schallenberg says that a nationwide lockdown would begin Monday for those not vaccinated against Covid-19 or recently recovered, as the EU state fights a record surge in cases

So the guy is "conservative". He is also wrong. I have more respect for a university librarian. Their curricula is harder and more well rounded.

They are discriminating and attempting to shut down 20% of the population and economy due to flu season. Guy needs to go back to high school and check his privilege. Corona is not that deadly.

Where are the excess deaths?

Sure the death rate has increased over the long term average, but considering we have cohort called the Baby Boom that is not unexpected. It is in fact expected.

The death rate increase started in 2014 WELL BEFORE COVID!

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Baby_boomers

Baby Boom started in 1946. 68 years later voila we have a death rate increase per 100,000

Unexpected?

"This quote tweet neatly summarizes the view of many Twitter users on political violence"

Twitter Has a Dirty Little Secret

Twitter is a liberal sewer. 10% of the accounts produce 90% of the traffic. Twitter has purged conservative to a large degree. There are also a lot of bots. If twitter is violent it just goes to show the liberal mindset. Their knickers are showing.
