Bloomberg: Blinken Says Allies Would ‘Take Action’ If China Attacks Taiwan
(Bloomberg) -- Secretary of State Antony Blinken said allied nations would be prepared to “take action” if China uses force against Taiwan, though he again refused to say whether the Biden administration would be prepared to use the U.S. military in such a conflict.
“There are many countries both in the region and beyond that would see any unilateral action to use force to disrupt the status quo as a significant threat to peace and security,” Blinken said at the New York Times Dealbook conference Wednesday.
“And they too, would take action in the event that happened.”

WNU Editor: America's allies in Asia are not in a position to take action against China if Beijing decides to use force against Taiwan.
It can only be achieved with a coalition backed by American leadership and commitment.
But after the debacle in Afghanistan where the US abandoned its allies, the sentiment that I am getting from my friends/contacts/ and WNU readers in Asia is that American guarantees and assurances hold little if any water.

There's no action the US could take that couldn't lead to an exchange of nukes, this must be expected and prepared for or do nothing.
Blinken is attempting at "Remain calm. All is well." He is a putz and all his coworkers are putzes. Joe Biden Ned Price, Blinken, and Jake Sullivan all look like putzes. Taiwan (and Israel) know the current administration is all talk and no action. The US military is spending its time becoming proficient on Woke, not on war fighting. The upshot is the options become ignore any red lines you drew or settle the issue with Minuteman missiles.
The Biden administration will abandon Taiwan to the PRC and Israel to Iranian nuclear blackmail. The Taiwanese will be absorbed into the PRC, Israel will settle the Iranian issue by themselves.
At the very least the Taiwanese chip maker, the world's largest[?], should be destroyed.

I thought parties proposed policy, which if they had enough support were passed into law and people or companies adapted. There is a grace period or something like that. It was that way until Clinton passed retroactive taxes. Now, when policy is passed into law or is enacted by 'illegal executive orders" now called mandates (Mandate of Heaven? When did we go Chinese?), they come in like a tsunami or Hurricane, wipe out businesses, and beggar people?
