The US has reactivated a nuclear unit in Germany for the first time since the Cold War

Warzone/The Drive: Army Revives Cold War Nuclear Missile Unit To Deploy New Long-Range Weapons In Europe

56th Artillery Command's return to Germany after 30 years reflects how critical ground-launched missiles would be in any future conflict with Russia.

The U.S. Army has officially reactivated the 56th Artillery Command in Germany. This unit was previously active in that country between 1963 and 1991, during which time it commanded battalions armed with Pershing and Pershing II nuclear-armed ballistic missiles. In its new guise, it will serve as a hub for artillery operations across Europe, including deployments of new ground-based hypersonic weapons and other longer-range missiles in the coming years. This reflects just how important the Army feels these new capabilities, and artillery in general, would be in any future major conflict in the region, especially against Russia.

About time. Lots of places to hold exercises. To hold one next to Ukraine every years after 2014 is asking for it.

So Europe is flooded by people that are not welcome but in the meantime they suppress us all by spending public coffers attempting to contain an equally corrupt government that is also not fooling it’s own christian population. Seems that any person of dignity is either minding their own business or has been taken out by previous pointless wars leaving nothing but spineless, greedy, ass munching jellyfish in office

Blind pig says what?

Poland was a protectorate of Russia. Look what happened to it. Russia partitioned it 3 times in the 18th century and invaded 3 times in the 20th century.

Funny thing is Russia was not looking to conquer Poland. It was more of an afterthought. Russia had beat the hell out of the Turks, because it had to be done. You beat the Hell it of the Turks or they beat the Hell out of you. Binary choice.

So Russia ends up with Turkish acquisitions, which left Austria edgy and mad. So the courts decided how to avoid war between Russia and Austria. They knew! Divvy up Poland!

Without the US, Germany will have what army?

Germany 'Can't Explain' Use of Broomsticks Instead of Guns in NATO Exercise

Budget Cuts Have Grounded the German Air Force

Germany's lack of military readiness 'dramatic,' says Bundeswehr commissioner

anzergrenadier Battalion 371, based in Marienburg, was participating in a NATO exercise in Norway. News quickly spread that the battalion, part of NATO’s Rapid Reaction Force, suffered from a shortage of pistols and night vision goggles. A shortage of MG3 machine guns meant broomsticks were painted black and pressed into service to simulate them. A new report states that the situation was even worse: Panzergrenadier Battalion 371 had to borrow 14,371 pieces of equipment from a total of 56 other Bundeswehr units… and it was still short on equipment.

If a high priority NATO tasked unit was short over 14,000 pieces of equipment, it calls into question how deep the rot in the Bundeswehr goes—and Germany’s commitment to the alliance."

"As of October 2014, only 42 of 109 Eurofighters were in flying condition, the rest grounded by lack of spare parts. At the same time, Germany reportedly halved annual flying hours for aircrews, fearing that the fuselage would become unstable."

Ma Merkel has to pay military age male refugees money to keep them happy. Money does not grow on a money tree so funds have to be transferred from somewhere.

So it will become a protectorate of Russia. How will that end Blind Sow?
