Lukashenko is obviously helped back home by the optics.
I cannot see an America president making such a move due to the shear logistics. It is almost as if the mandarins call the shots. Mandarins are very good until they are not. Mandarins are famous for coddling and infantalizing emperors and killing dynasties.
