U.S. Military Services Begin Discharges Of Soldiers Who Have Not Been Vaccinated

* Navy says 98 percent of active-duty soldiers have gotten at least one dose of COVID vaccine, but remaining 2 percent or 5,731 soldiers have refused 

* Army says 97.9 percent of active-duty soldiers have been vaccinated but remaining 2 percent are slated to be discharged beginning in January 

* Air Force has a 97.5 percent while the Marine Corps has 95 percent vaccinated 

* On Monday, the Air Force became the first military branch to terminate unvaccinated members firing 27 airmen for rejecting mandatory COVID jab 

* The Pentagon announced earlier this year that the COVID-19 vaccine would be mandatory for all service members, including the National Guard and Reserve 

* Pentagon is also weighing making the vaccine booster shots mandatory for service members 

Navy officials have begun terminating the 5,731 active-duty sailors, or 2 percent of its active branch, who remain unvaccinated two weeks after the established deadline, leaders of the military branch confirmed on Thursday. 

This news comes as the Army announced it is prepared to ax 3,800 unvaccinated soldiers beginning in January and after the Air Force has already discharged 27 service members who refused the vaccine order. 

The Navy has the highest vaccination rate of all military branches with 336,000 sailors - or 98 percent - vaccinated from COVID-19.

A travesty. Likely they are discharging good soldiers and sailors. This will hurt US military readiness and effectiveness.

My understanding is they are getting good conduct discharges. I am happy about that. For the young ones, if they do not have 3 years in, they will not get the GI Bill or some versions of it. That is my understanding.

But they can make room for murderers to join the Navy courtesy of George Soros, The Democrats and Chesa Boudin, the son of terrorists.
