Blinken would rather Joe Biden to be president. But Blinken hitched his star to Biden long ago and moving court to court and getting one of the top ministerial jobs is not in the cards generally.
So Blinken went along with the cover up of Joe's illness. Blinken rues the weakness of the leader. He sees the result. At the same time he cannot admit it.
Blinken would rather Joe Biden not be president.
