The Hill: Democrats quietly explore barring Trump from office over Jan. 6
In the year since the Jan. 6 attack on the Capitol, a handful of Democrats, constitutional scholars and pro-democracy advocates have been quietly exploring how a post-Civil War amendment to the Constitution might be used to disqualify former President Trump from holding office again.
Calls for Congress to take steps to strip Trump of his eligibility, which reached a crescendo in the aftermath of the Jan. 6 riot, have since decreased. But those who remain engaged on the issue say discussions about applying Section 3 of the 14th Amendment have been ongoing.
“If anything, the idea has waxed and waned,” said Laurence Tribe, a constitutional expert at Harvard Law School. “I hear it being raised with considerable frequency these days both by media commentators and by members of Congress and their staffs, some of whom have sought my advice on how to implement Section 3.”

WNU Editor: The above Hill article says the Democrats are quietly exploring a pathway to disqualify former President Trump from holding office again. I disagree with the quiet part. Democrats have been very vocal on doing what is necessary to make sure the former President cannot run again.
My prediction.
This will not move forward until later this year where I do expect there will be a push to disqualify the former President under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment, a section that clearly states that officeholders who "have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same" are disqualified from future office.
I also expect that there is a very real chance that it will pass if current trends continue and Democrat electoral prospects do not improve.

There are no other avenues. There is impeachment (House or misRepresentation) and conviction (by the senate) or there is prosecution under some federal law.
Biden did not have his speech. The reason Biden gave the speech is because he was ordered to give the speech. Now the oligarchy is laying the groundwork to disqualify Trump. You are absolutely, 100% correctomundo!

As many of you know, I have spent time researching and speaking about mass psychosis theory. Most of what I have learned has come from Dr. Mattias Desmet, who realized that this form of mass hypnosis, of the madness of crowds, can account for the strange phenomenon of about 20-30% of the population in the western world becoming entranced with the Noble Lies and dominant narrative concerning the safety and effectiveness of the genetic vaccines, and both propagated and enforced by politicians, science bureaucrats, pharmaceutical companies and legacy media.
What one observes with the mass hypnosis is that a large fraction of the population is completely unable to process new scientific data and facts demonstrating that they have been misled about the effectiveness and adverse impacts of mandatory mask use, lockdowns, and genetic vaccines that cause people’s bodies to make large amounts of biologically active coronavirus Spike protein.
These hypnotized by this process are unable to recognize the lies and misrepresentations they are being bombarded with on a daily basis, and actively attack anyone who has the temerity to share information with them which contradicts the propaganda that they have come to embrace. And for those whose families and social networks have been torn apart by this process, and who find that close relatives and friends have ghosted them because they question the officially endorsed “truth” and are actually following the scientific literature, this can be a source of deep anguish, sorrow and psychological pain.
It is with those souls in mind that I included a discussion of the mass formation theory of Dr. Mattias Desmet during a recent talk I gave in Tampa, Florida to an audience of about 2,000. As I looked out into the audience and spoke, I could see relief on many faces, and even tears running from the eyes of stoic men.
Unknown to me, someone recorded the speech and appended the vocal track to a series of calming images of natural landscapes, producing a video that has gone viral throughout the world. One year after the January 6, 2021 Capitol Insurrection, Donald Trump is telling his supporters to “rise up” and oppose the Biden administration.
“Now, there’s talk by the Biden Administration again about closing schools and even vaccine mandates for school children,” Trump incorrectly stated in a press release yesterday, the day before the one-year anniversary of the Capitol Insurrection. “This is an outrage, and MAGA nation should rise up and oppose this egregious federal government overreach.”

On January 6, 2021, Trump supporters who believed that President Joe Biden had secretly and successfully stolen millions of ballots across multiple states to usurp the presidency stormed the Capitol with the intent of stopping Congress from accepting the states’ election results. The crowd chanted for the death of Mike Pence – who was presiding over the Senate that day – and fashioned a makeshift noose as elected officials were swept to safety by the Secret Service and Capitol Police.
Five people died as a result of the day’s events.
Trump was later impeached a second time for his role in inciting the crowd with inflammatory lies about how the election was stolen, both online in the weeks leading up to the attempted coup and just before at a rally held in walking distance of the Capitol.
“We’re going to walk down to the Capitol, and we’re going to cheer on our brave senators and congressmen and women, and we’re probably not going to be cheering so much for some of them,” he said at the rally a year ago today. “Because you’ll never take back our country with weakness. You have to show strength and you have to be strong. We have come to demand that Congress do the right thing and only count the electors who have been lawfully slated, lawfully slated.”
Former White House Press Secretary Stephanie Grisham said that, after the rally, Trump returned to the White House and “gleefully” watched on TV as his supporters overwhelmed Capitol Police and stormed Congress to overturn the election results.
“He was in the dining room, gleefully watching on his TV, as he often did, ‘Look at all of the people fighting for me,’ hitting rewind, watching it again,” Grisham said on CNN.
