* For several months, Russia has been accused of intentionally disrupting gas supplies to leverage its role as a major energy supplier to Europe amid an escalating dispute with Ukraine.
* The Kremlin has repeatedly disputed claims it is using gas as a geopolitical weapon, with Gazprom saying it has fulfilled its contractual obligations to customers.
* Now, as tensions reach a fever pitch between Russia, Ukraine and the West, energy analysts are deeply concerned about the risk of full supply disruption to the EU.

Merkel's legacy is going to be lasting. She single handedly brought in millions of muslims to Europe. The demographic, criminal and social costs will only grow.
Merkel refused a very strong offer of US LNG to Germany and Europe. Instead she bargained building a LNG terminal in exchange for Trump dropping opposition to NS2. Germany had it built those terminals would be in a far better position today.
It's almost like Merkel was acting on orders from a foreign power.
