The Guardian: Ukraine and Russia to hold Paris talks in latest effort to ease tensions
French and German officials will also take part in diplomatic effort to de-escalate crisis
Ukrainian and Russian representatives are due to meet in Paris on Wednesday, together with France and Germany, in the latest diplomatic effort to de-escalate the crisis in Ukraine.
The Kremlin’s top official on Ukraine, Dmitry Kozak, will hold talks with Andriy Yermak, the chief of staff to Ukraine’s president, Volodymyr Zelenskiy, together with French and German officials.
