This occured the government of Ukraine has asked for volunteers from the country's hacker underground to help protect critical infrastructure and conduct cyber spying missions against Russian troops, according to two people involved in the project. However, it is unclear if the two incidents are related.

Vitalik Buterin is involved sure he even tweeted that he will finance this, but what he ignores his country has only done bad things to children and teenagers drug and abuse issue, this is a crime it cannot be normal anywhere in the world, ukraine was a country without logic and many others are just like America and Africa
