Military.com: Five Sailors Charged in F-35C Crash Video Leak
The Navy has revealed that five sailors – an ensign and four chief petty officers – have been charged with Uniform Code of Military Justice violations over their alleged part in the leak of video footage from last month’s F-35C Lightning II crash aboard the USS Carl Vinson.
Naval Air Forces spokesman Cmdr. Zach Harrell told Military.com in an emailed statement that an ensign, as well as a senior chief and three chief petty officers, have all been charged under Article 92 of the military’s code of justice.
Article 92 is failure to obey a lawful order. "The investigation into the unauthorized release of the shipboard video footage has concluded,” he added.

CPO basic eligibility is based on the following:
* 11 years' time in service (TIS)

An ensign has 2 years or less in service. I've met ensigns with associates degrees. They were special. They were a POC. You cannot assume just because a person is an ensign that they have a bachelors degree. Bachelors or associate degree, you cannot assume a person is wise.
But 11 years in service?
The CPOs could be 4 to 9 years from retirement. That would be tough.
Should the CO, XO and Command Master Chief Petty Officer be cashiered too?
Just asking for a friend. Five people took picture 1 or 2. What was the security training like and did the senior people emphasize it enough?
You know they all received training in anti-racism and their training on White Rage is up to date. I* heard Milley Vanilley personally gave White Rage training every time the ship was in home port!
Good. They should be punished for this.
