The NATO chief has warned the signals coming out of Russia suggest that Moscow is readying for a 'full-fledged attack' on Ukraine, after Vladimir Putin put on a show of military strength today with huge new nuclear drills.
Jens Stoltenberg, NATO chief, warned that the risk of an attack is 'very high', echoing US warnings that Russian troops dotted along Ukraine's border are 'uncoiling' and 'poised to strike'.
'Every indication indicates that Russia is planning a full-fledged attack against Ukraine,' Stoltenberg told German broadcaster ARD on the sidelines of the Munich Security Conference.
