* Three devices appeared about the USS Paul Hamilton on July 17, 2019, and said a 'swarm' appeared in and out over the course of three hours
* Other ships off the coast of California also reported several occurrences of UAS and 'red flashing lights' throughout July, starting on the 14th
* The Navy said in April 2021 that it was unable to identify the objects and the Department of Defense has since declined to comment

They're not "alien." They're "terrestrial." Someone on earth has tech that far exceeds ours, is it military related, and can they mass produce it? I would assume the answer to both questions is a resounding yes. As to who is behind it, I'd assume the most likely origins ate Russia or China. Perhaps it's both of them together as they ate closely allied against us!!

"No nation has such capability...." the US doesn't nor does the "west." Of course the French or Germans may be holding out on us!! Just because you don't have it only extreme hubris would suggest no one else does.
As for a weapons lock, that would be an interesting question. It'd be completely ineffective against such technology. This may be why we haven't heard yet
As for it crashing, something this sophisticated probably doesn't crash and even if it did the earth nation who designed it has capabilities so far beyond ours that they would be able to retrieve it or obliterate it long before we even knew anything happened.
I stand behind my original analysis. These things are made by an earth nation or perhaps more than one nation and it's obviously not American as it's way beyond our capabilities. Furthermore I'd assume it can be mass produced.
Whose is it? I think the most likely candidates are Russia or China?
