Reuters: Ukraine's leader invites Biden to visit soon
KYIV, Feb 13 (Reuters) - Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelenskiy invited U.S. President Joe Biden to visit Ukraine soon when they spoke by phone on Sunday, Zelenskiy's office said.
Tensions have been rising for weeks over Russia's troop build-up near Ukraine and Washington has said an invasion could happen anytime. Moscow denies planning one.
"I'm convinced that your arrival in Kyiv in the coming days, which are crucial for stabilising the situation, will be a powerful signal and contribute to de-escalation," the presidential office quoted Zelenskiy as telling Biden.
The White House declined to comment on the invitation.

Joe is continuing his crusade, his jihad, his holy war or whatever you want to call it against America.
A black coach was interviewed by a Florida team, who had no intention to hire him. They interviewed him because the league mandated that teams must interview black coaches, so he had a pro forma interview. He says he is pissed. Well, he should be mad at the league and/or his coaching record.
So now this black coach has come out, the SJW are on the case. A case they set up.
2 out of 32 is 6.25%. If it were 4 coaches it would be exactly reflect the population. If it were 3 out of 32 they would still complain although it would be very hard to prove that 2 or 3 out of 32 is not different than chance.
So Joe stepped in to the fray, because his handlers ordered him to trot out onto center stage.
The Superbowl is a cultural event like other entertainment where mainly it is to forget about day to day cares. But Joe stopped that like a big, smelly unwelcomed fat.
Biden will not go to Ukraine because he has already forgotten where it is.
