Hitlists are standard operating procedure. So it is believable. Why would I discount it? For two reasons. First, the Democrat administrations have conducted extensive psy ops against the American public.. Second unless this was obtained via elint, I have hard tie believing the CIA is capable of data collection in China or Russia. The CIA/FBI has shown however that is is capable of collection against Republicans. So there is that.
