Russia sends 6 landing ships, sub to Black Sea, raising threat of Ukraine invasion

Now, the Russian Navy only has 3 Alligator class ships, which can hold 20 tanks.

Russia has 15 The Ropucha-class landing ships, which can hold 10 tanks.

Overall Russia had 21 landing ships but now has 20, They lost about 5% of their lift capacity,

They have a whole slew of landing craft. Those typically can only hold a single vehicle.
