RFE: Czech, Polish, Slovenian PMs Traveling To Kyiv To Meet Zelenskiy
The prime ministers of the Czech Republic, Poland, and Slovenia are traveling to Kyiv on March 15 in an "unequivocal" show of support for Ukraine as Russia continues its assault on the country.
Czech Prime Minister Petr Fiala said in a tweet that the three leaders will meet with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy and Prime Minister Denis Shmyhal.
"The aim of the visit is to express the European Union's unequivocal support for Ukraine and its freedom and independence," Fiala said.

Sniper situation.
Ruskies probably heard rumor of this guy, then they started a tracking plot on him. The FSB and Spetsnaz probably made him a "special project". Not surprising that he is now dead. Would you want a guy like that running around in your battle space? Of course not. Also sends a message to those who may follow. Ok... so Kiev is partially or fully surrounded. Ruskies also have to be doing Long Range Recon and search and destroy patrols in the area. The Russians control the Air. They are also doing signal intercept missions...what does that all mean?
All the territory around Zelinski is highly contested.
Possible assumption:
These diplomats are being allowed in....This trip was coordinated with the Russians. For what ever reason they want it to happen too.
