Thousands Detained In Anti-War Protests Across Russia

VOA/RFE: Thousands Detained at Anti-War Protests in Russia

Thousands of people have been detained at protests in dozens of cities across Russia against President Vladimir Putin’s unprovoked war in Ukraine, the Russian Interior Ministry and an independent protest monitor said on Sunday.

The monitor OVD-Info said 3,895 people were detained during protests in 53 cities. It added that police departments may have more detainees than appear on their published lists.

Interior Ministry spokeswoman Irina Volk said 1,700 people were detained in Moscow and 750 were detained in St. Petersburg. The people arrested in Moscow were among around 2,500 people who took part in an “unauthorized rally,” Volk said, according to TASS. The 750 arrested in St. Petersburg were among 1,500 who took part.

WNU Editor: I expected more protests and larger numbers. To make a difference you need 100,000 protesters on the street (or more).

See the resemnblance to how police treated our people when they protested peacefully?

BLM was allowed, sanctioned by the globalists who divide us by cast, class, race and gender

Peaceful protests that question the government? Why you must be a racist, a right wing extremist! Off to the prison with you, and let us take your bank accounts too

THEY ARE DOING THE SAME THING IN RUSSIA AS THEY DID TO US

Why?

Because they work together

They said they would collapse our governments and economies and now they are doing it.. first under false flag pretexts they plundered your public treasure (see 9/11..why would they attack afghanistan, if it was the Saudis on record?) .. then covid.. now some war between russia and ukraine.. come on

Just wake up guys.. if you don't believe people could be so evil to do this, please realize it is the oldest struggle in human history.. the struggle to rule the World and enslave mankind

Whatever these demons are.. if they are humans or Aliens in human flesh, THEY are responsible for most wars on this planet, for most misery, and have stolen so, so much from us.. I don't care what their names are, Putin, Trudeau, Biden, whoever... we have to arrest and trial them

attempting an insurrection to overturn an election is hardly the same thing as citizens protesting a dictator's starting a war.
go drive a truck around DC and protest mandates that no longer exist and burn up gas and protest ab out high cost of gas

time for low IQ people to present proof that their orange guy won. He lost the popular vote and he lost the electoral college and he lost 30 court cases contesting the election. Now your proof that he won?
Simply asserting something without proof or evidence does not make it so. It makes those who say it look like dopes.

If Trump won, then he can not run again for 3rd term

1:02 =1:30 = 2:48 = Frederick R. Lapides

Herter is the problem when you argue the mandates no longer exist.

1) First various 'leaders' here and abroad want to keep their emergency powers that they misused. By abusing their power this time they have established a precedent. Unless there is a challenge weakling on the court will aver that if it was allowed before, it shall be allowed again.

2) Second various leaders have explicitly stated that they want to keep the emergency powers for future use although the 'mandate' are lifted. There powers often have not been granted by legislatures, but instead the executive branches have overreached and dared anyone to bring them to court.

What happens the the next time there is a pathogen going around and scientists, government scientists, "say that R0 (R-nought) is x and the CFR is y and therefore this is terrible and we must use my bosses emergency powers" ?

We have hospitals incentivized to report whatever the government wants to report. They make more money that way. You should read up pre-WW2 versus post-WW2 agriculture. There seems to be sort of a nice bright line there. During WW2 companies were incentivized through govt contract to produced nerve gas. After the war, well they just didn't want to throw all that away. So they produced nerve gas. The same facilities that produce nerve gas can produce insecticide. Would chemical companies pushed insecticides for farming at the same rate war or nor war (Govt contracts or not)? That is an interesting question.

On top that hospitals and others being incentivised to report COVID, there are the PCR tests which are designed to skew either to producer's risk or buyer's risk. Government can easily impose emergency powers and allege it has the data and the science.
