This is one of Ukraine's major bases and is probably the nexus for Western military supplies. This missile strike only tells me that the war is expanding into regions of Ukraine that have not been touched by this conflict

Exactly why the transfer of jets to Ukraine was such a childish idea.

Best not to fight back, because the enemy will hurt you.

Actually Caecoid, I have been on the front lines for 2 different wars. I can tell you where every ordinance or weapon system hit, was found or was stationed.

What the boneheads in the Pentagon should have done is provided the Ukrainians with an AWACS and mobile AA. The AWACs could fly on the Polish side of the border. The cruise missiles would be tracked and the chance of hitting them would go up with an AWACS.

That would give much greater protection to the supply routes for javelins and other military aid. If you are not going to protect the flow of military aid, why give it?

There are fearful old men and old women running things in Washington.

Of course the Russians being every bit the jackasses like those in DC would blubber about the AWACS. They will piss and moan like a whore that Poland is no longer neutral. Russia is staging attacks out of Trinistria and Belarus. Also, the US has obligations under the Budapest memorandum.

If you are afraid of a nuclear war and will absolutely do nothing, then Russia or China can take a Ukraine every decade and you will always have the same reason for non-action. At some point in the not too far future you will be surrounded.

You are so timid Caecoid you should open a new chapter in your life and become a rentboy servicing Russian soldiers.

Hey man, they're accepting foreign volunteers if you're so blood thirsty.

You are a funny guy. The thing I figured out today is that not only are the Russians going to win due to Biden not helping them, but here will be a call up. Why take chances of being on the wrong grid when Russian artillery hits, if you volunteer?

One thing I am sure of is that you are not man. You might have the plumbing, but you are no man.

Agree, the transfer of jets was anything but ridiculous. The ridiculous part is the make beleive distinction between tens of thousands of missiles and a handful of jets
