How are we to expect any country to not seriously consider developing nukes after this current Ukraine showdown. After decades of knocking off third world countries and staging coups, we're suddenly impotent to act. What other lesson is there to learn? No one is safe without a deterrent. From our leaders, or Russia's or China's.
