U.S. State Department Has Updated Its Advisory For American Citizens In Russia To Leave "Immediately"

I have two Canadian friends staying at a relative's home in Saint Petersburg right now. I told them three days ago to leave immediately. Sent them the above advisory, and they just decided to leave for Finland first thing tomorrow. 

Now is not the time for traveling. Now is the time to stay put in your own country.
