Daily Mail: Slovakia sends Ukraine its long-range S-300 anti-aircraft missile defence system days after Russia warned such supplies would be 'legitimate targets'

* Prime Minister Eduard Heger has donated the air defence system to Ukraine after an appeal by Zelensky

* Heger said Slovakia's defence was secured and assured is not a declaration of war against Russia

* Sergei Lavrov had warned Moscow 'will not allow' the transfer of the weapons which would be seen as a target

Slovakia has donated S-300 anti-aircraft missile defence system to Ukraine just days after Russia warned the supply would be a legitimate target. Volodymyr Zelensky had made a desperate appeal for 'weapons, weapons, weapons' this week to help repel the Russian military onslaught now in its second week.

When he spoke to US lawmakers last month, the Ukrainian president mentioned S-300s by name when he pleaded for defence systems that would allow Ukraine to 'close the skies' to Kremlin warplanes and missiles.

Biden is just as stupid as his TOTUS-less boss

“I am close to a First Amendment absolutist. I believe in the idea of not just free speech, but also that you deal with bad speech with good speech, that you engage, um,

that,

that,

that,

that

the exceptions to that are very narrow, um,

and,

and,

and,

y’know, particularly, uh, among this cohort of folks in college, and I’ve talked to my daughters about this, um, y’know, I don’t want us to be such a society of manners

that,

like, we can’t, we feel like our feelings are hurt and we can’t hear something

that,

uh, somebody says,

and,

and,

and

we wilt. Uh, I think, uh, I want us all as citizens to be in the habit of being able to hear stuff that we disagree with and be able to answer with our words.”

“reasonable for us as a society to have a debate, and then to put in place a combination of regulatory measures and, uh, industry norms, uh, that leave intact the opportunity for these platforms to make money, but say to them that,

there,

there,

there’s

certain practices that we are not, that we don’t think are good for our society and we’re gonna discourage.”

A RAND study released this week offers more evidence that “both-sidesism” does not belong in an honest discussion of fake news and propaganda in the U.S. People on the Right are simply more apt to fall for it than those on the Left, the research shows, and for a number or reasons.

Susceptibility to conspiracy theories and fake news has already been linked by researchers to people in minority groups and lower income brackets. And higher income, higher education levels, and whiteness have been linked to greater resistance to such beliefs. But linking the appetite for, and susceptibility to, fake news and propaganda to Republicanism has until now been elusive.

“We found some of it on both sides, on the left and the right,” says RAND researcher and report author Luke Matthews. “But we found more of it on the Trump voting Republican side.”

you can not be "close to " being a first amendment absolutist. You either are one or you are not.
You are not close to being pregnant. You either are or you are not

So Parrot copies the following:

'A RAND study released this week offers more evidence that “both-sidesism” '

Then we find why p[Parrot thought it suited his use

“But we found more of it on the Trump voting Republican side.”

Gee, I have 3 degrees and I reject the authors' conclusions

"And higher income, higher education levels, and whiteness have been linked"

Whiteness? These people are infected. they need an inoculation against stupidity. It is so stupid I can see why Parrot immediately glommed on to it.

What was the point of publishing Obama's bumbling speech?

First, Obama is running things. Second, Joe Biden is similar to Obama except less polished. Joe did not do anything except turn ice cream into manure. People at the Pentagon identified assets and sent a proposal to Obama or Ron Klain, who blessed it. That is the Pentagon's job. It is an underwhelming performance. Totally underwhelming. The S-300 missile system, the tanks and other items should have been transferred around the time they were discussing sending Polish Migs to Ukraine.

Why did it not happen? Because they were scared. Because they thought Russia would win shortly. Because they don't have the drive except for internal policies that buy votes or guarantee Democrat control forever and ever. No drive.

And finally how often do Kamala, Obama and Biden utter mangled sentences, which are in search of a coherent thought? People without cogent thoughts are not going to marshal air, land ands seas assets. They might be able to focus on one, one at a time, but that is about it.

What happened to Putins threats about Nato interference? Looks like Nato called his bluff. Embarrassing

ah, mommy's little babe on the loose and accusing someone of copying and pasting while he does the same thing he always does: posts the same tiresome bitchiness; something no doubt, learned at mommy's breast

Poor little Parrot cannot distinguish the difference between copying and pasting a whole or nearly a whole newspaper or magazine article and quoting a public figure.

I quoted a public official to show others how utterly stupid they are. It begs the question. Do they put on their pants the same way as everyone else? At this point in time I wo9uld have to answer "No.".

They have to have staff put o0n their pants for them like at a nursing home only they call their assistant(s) a body man.
