Joe Biden has accused Russia of carrying out genocide in Ukraine, saying that Vladimir Putin is “trying to wipe out the idea of even being Ukrainian”.
Biden has been consistently outspoken in denouncing Russian wholesale killing of Ukrainian civilians, labelling Putin as a “war criminal” in mid-March.
Multiple investigations are under way into Russian atrocities in Ukraine, which include the razing of Mariupol and the executions of civilians in the Kyiv suburb of Bucha.

It is tiresome where someone brings in 4 points, so they can mix falsehood with truth.
There have been reports that Ukri8anians civilians have been sent to Siberia and the arctic regions. It might be that Russia has ready made camps there or they might want attitude due to the cold.
Any civilians evacuated form Eastern Ukraine and not taken to Finland, Poland or the Baltic states strongly suggest of war crimes.
