WNU Editor: I have been seeing reports of this proposed Ukrainian peace plan delivered by Turkey for the past day (see above). Turkish President Erdogan is in contact with both sides, and the story goes that Ukraine allegedly handed over this "peace plan" to Russia via through him (Erdogan).
My first thought when I read these Ukrainian conditions is that it is a fake. The demands are so crazy that no one in Russia will ever agree to it.
But if these reports are true, and that these are the Ukrainian conditions that Russia must accept to end the war. Then there is no point to even ponder having talks. This then becomes a war that will only end with the unconditional surrender of one of the parties.
