Newsweek: Pentagon Report Warns Kim Jong Un Leadership Won't Survive if He Uses Nukes

Amid a series of escalations across the Korean Peninsula, the first new U.S. military strategy released under President Joe Biden has warned North Korean Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un that his government would not "survive" in the event that he used a nuclear weapon.

Also seems like the wording is designed to be misleading here. Is it if they use one against another country in war, or can they not test any more nuclear weapons?

If nuclear weapons deliberately launch to destroy a nation will you throw roses back? A threat is the action itself. I think it is more approriate to call it a warning or realization rather than call it a threat.

The one one to blame is the one who initialized it and not the one who reacted rationally. Just 101
