News 360: U.S. and UK conduct joint maritime exercises off Bahrain
The U.S. Navy and the U.K. Royal Navy conducted joint military exercises Friday in international waters off the coast of Bahrain to test drones and Artificial Intelligence from manned maritime vessels.
"Putting more attention on the water improves our picture of the surrounding seas and allows us to position our manned vessels to react more quickly," said Vice Adm. Brad Cooper, commander of U.S. Naval Forces Central Command, Fifth Fleet and Joint Maritime Forces.
