Another Special Prosecutor Announced To Investigate Former President Trump

Daily Mail: 'I have been proven innocent for six years': Trump slams 'unfair' special counsel probe announced 24 hours after Republicans launched Biden probe, says he won't cooperate and asks why 'nothing happens' to 'criminal' Hunter

* Given Trump's announcement he would run for president in 2024 and President Biden's stated intent, Garland said he was obligated to appoint a special counsel

* Since 2018 Smith has served as chief prosecutor for the special court in The Hague, investigating war crimes in Kosovo

* Investigations into Trump's involvement in the January 6 riot and the handling of classified documents at Mar-a-Lago are part of the deliberations

Donald Trump tore into the Department of Justice after Attorney General Merrick Garland appointed war crimes prosecutor Jack Smith to serve as special counsel to determine if Trump  should face charges in multiple DOJ probes.

'This is a totally expected political stunt by a feckless, politicized, weaponized Biden Department of Justice,' a Trump spokesperson said Friday.

Trump told Fox News he 'won't partake' in 'the worst politicization of justice in our country' just after the announcement.

The main witness in the NY AG's witch hunt said Trump knew nothing about any fraud.

What do they have that witness on? Unreported income form use of a company car and peanuts like that. Am I envious? Sure.

But if the pick and choose which people who did not report use of the company car, then I do not want hear any of it. In fact I want the prosecutors in jail.

Many, many moon ago I had use of a company car on a foreign country for 1 trip. The key thing we did (the better half did) was invite the chauffer to lunch. He ain't talking after that. This type of stuff goes on all the time. Should the state tighten up on it? Yes. How it is done is important, It should be broad push not nickel and diming the opposition. I bet middle class car salesmen abuse the privilege of test driving cars. Where is the IRS?

Selectively going after the Trump org CEO for underreporting is the same crap they did with the college admissions scandal. It was a one off that hit a few people, for publicity or something. When a Black entertainer stepped into and bragged about his daughter entrance because of his donation, nothing happened. He was smart enough to shut up.

So they went after the Trump org CEO to get the bigger fish (Donald Trump). And if the NY AG cannot get the job done here comes Garland.

I hope Merrick Garland gets impeached and convicted over this.

That is not simply another one to investigate. Garland to indict and appoint a special counsel in order not to appear partisan now that Trump declared he is to go for nomination from the GOP. If Garland did not do this, it would appear that a Dem appointed Attorney General working in behalf of Democrats.
That is why Trump announced so early that he intends to seek the nomination.
And that is Garland doing this just after Trump announcement.

"If Garland did not do this, it would appear that a Dem appointed Attorney General working in behalf of Democrats."

Are you purposefully turning things around backwards to confuse people (lie)?

And that sentence ... man, who taught you? Kamala?

I think I understand what you are saying:
that this is necessary on the part of DOJ, for it not to appear partisan as their investigation continues and even culminates.
That this move was made necessary by DJT's early official entrance into VOTEPOTUS2024.

Nice try, but we are WELL past the days of plausible deniability. It is us vs. them, period. They have already made that abundantly clear. The globalists will risk everything to protect their agenda, especially knowing that the roulette wheel has been rigged and the dice are loaded.

The audience for the plausible deniability on this is their constituency

As many of the forms as possible should be retained, from their point-of-view, no doubt.

Straight up election interference. Garland is a corrupt weasel. This special prosecutor is BS on its face as he failed to assign one to the influence peddling by Biden and Hunter (of which there is much evidence) Then waited until Trump declared his candidacy. Trump's had the government up his ass for 6 years. They can't find anything. There 's nothing. This umpteenth investigation is designed specifically to hinder Trump's re-election bid. Nothing else.

House and Senate must agree to appointment?
That ain’t happening.

The AG appoints the special counsel. No House or Senate involvement.

"that this is necessary on the part of DOJ, for it not to appear partisan as their investigation continues and even culminates."

If your thought patterns are as messed up as your grammar, it is no wonder that you think this partisan move was necessary.

The JAN 6th committee already investigated. They found nothing. If the illegally constituted and partisan committee had been properly constituted, it would have been even worse for the Democrats.

I think you are a foreign troll trying to stir shit up, this time you do so by backing the Democrats.

Above is another example of butchery of the English language. I would think that they butcher the language on purpose in order to stupefy the people and thus make them helpless.

Biden hinted he might run again. Trump announced he would run again. The Att Gen appointed by Biden has a well-known guy appointed special counsel to have objectivity.
If Barr was ok tool for Trump to use, then why object when the shoe on the other foot? You said nothing back then. Fuck off now.

Barr is a tool.

Trump did not use him as a tool.

Barr pretty much did what he wanted, which was nothing. He acts as though he was not in charge of the DOJ.

Merrick appointed someone who is associated or runs with Weissman. That is all anyone needs to know.

Just because you are running for president and some other guy is running for president, does not mean that you can have him investigated.

FUCK OFF NOW

One more thing. We all know what time it is.

-Hunter Biden is a well know drug user.
-Hunter Biden lied when he bought a gun about his drug use.
*He was kick out of the Navy for his drug use
*Hunter has had every tooth capped because he has meth mouth.
*etc
-Hunter Biden is not prosecuted for said crime.
-Every knows this. Yet no prosecutor will prosecute. It is something no one could get away with.

NOW FUCK OFF RUSSIAN TROLL
